Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to the Gucci selling ceremony.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring top-tier customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
  • Keep stock rooms neat and organized.
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a customer service role.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a customer service setting is required.

Education
