Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
  • Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Uphold Gucci's visual display standards for all products.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
  • Proven ability to drive individual and store results and build lasting customer and colleague relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
