Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by maintaining the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales and requests.
  • Discuss and advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, fostering a positive working environment.
  • Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stock room and understock.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Team-focused with a collaborative spirit. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
