Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual key performance indicators (KPIs) through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
  • Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
  • Provide fashion and luxury market insights to clients, showcasing passion for the industry.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain stock rooms and adhere to Gucci's image standards.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Team-focused with a collaborative mindset. Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience

3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
