Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and clienteling to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and the brand's rich heritage.
- Assist clients with product selection, styling advice, and after-sales service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or related field is advantageous.
