Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with Gucci's sales process.
  • Deliver a unique service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients beyond their expectations, showcasing excellent product knowledge.
  • Ensure cross-selling and upselling across all product categories.
  • Engage in discussions about fashion trends and the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring comfort and trust regardless of nationality or personality.
  • Keep client information updated and complete to maintain existing clients and develop potential new clients.
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets, enhancing and developing store operations.
  • Communicate openly and constructively with the team, maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and in accordance with Gucci's visual merchandising principles.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and brand image.
  • Manage inventory accurately and safely, ensuring product integrity and security.
  • Adhere to Gucci's dress code and grooming standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Proficiency in maintaining client records and data management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail in visual merchandising and store maintenance.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
