Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to Gucci's sales processes.
  • Provide a unique service experience through greeting, listening, and assisting clients beyond their expectations, showcasing extensive product knowledge.
  • Ensure cross-selling and upselling across all product categories.
  • Engage in discussions about fashion trends and the luxury market, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring they feel secure regardless of nationality or personality.
  • Maintain and update client data to ensure customer retention and the development of potential new clients, using company-provided tools.
  • Achieve personal and store targets, enhancing and developing store operations.
  • Communicate openly and constructively with the team, maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ensure merchandise displays are tidy and adhere to Gucci's display principles.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product presentation, and brand image.
  • Manage inventory accurately and safely, ensuring product integrity and security.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming and dress code standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market.
