Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and superior client service.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting brand vision and fostering consumer loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets proactively.
  • Independently manage client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
  • Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and anticipate future client needs.
  • Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, and product knowledge across all categories.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
  • Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
  • Manage stock receiving and packing in assigned categories.
  • Conduct inventory category scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
  • Replenish display merchandise as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.
  • Customer service-oriented with a strong sales drive.
  • Independent with strong decision-making skills.
  • Inquisitive mindset with the ability to engage effectively.
  • Passionate about building a career in the luxury fashion industry.

Experience
