Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand vision to foster consumer loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively.
- Independently and proactively follow up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
- Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and alternatives, anticipating future client needs.
- Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and all category information.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain visual merchandising in alignment with global guidelines.
- Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
- Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
- Receive and pack stock in assigned categories.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Conduct inventory scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
- Replenish display merchandise as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.
