Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the full Gucci selling ceremony from welcome to close, consistently achieving store and individual sales targets.
- Provide authoritative product knowledge and brand storytelling to create memorable, high-value client experiences and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Execute proactive clienteling: identify customer needs, maintain CRM records, and propose targeted cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand wallet share.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by aligning style advice with customer preferences and current fashion trends.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation in accordance with Gucci visual guidelines to uphold brand image.
- Manage stock on the sales floor and in the backroom to company standards and assist with inventory accuracy and replenishment.
- Adhere to company policies for grooming, conduct and store procedures while contributing positively to store team dynamics.
- Communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to store management to support commercial and service initiatives.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present luxury product narratives persuasively.

- Capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure setting common to luxury retail.
- Previous experience in luxury, fashion, retail or high-end service roles is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is an advantage.
Experience
Previous retail experience in luxury, fashion or high-end service environments is preferred. Practical experience in clienteling, CRM use and achieving sales targets will be advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business, retail management or a related discipline is a plus.
