Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Houston Woodlands — experienced luxury sales professional to drive client relationships and sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, best-in-class client experience in-store and remotely, building long-term relationships and driving client loyalty.
- Proactively recruit new clients and develop existing client relationships through tailored outreach, storytelling and clienteling techniques.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by identifying opportunities, using cross-sell and upsell strategies, and promoting virtual appointments and distance sales.
- Use product expertise to provide honest styling advice, match merchandise to client needs and create elevated shopping rituals.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data and transaction records via POS and in-store systems to personalize future interactions.
- Support daily store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, visual merchandising and adherence to loss-prevention policies.
- Maintain presentation and grooming standards consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion or high-end retail sales experience with a demonstrable record of exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to cultivate and retain client relationships and to drive repeat business.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct; ability to inspire trust among clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to adapt approach to diverse client profiles and complex situations.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs; experience with remote selling and virtual appointments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion-related coursework preferred.
