Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and manage customer data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized client book and ensure regular client follow-up.
  • Provide fashion trend advice and insights into the luxury market to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain stock room and understock areas.
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience
