Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets, enhancing business development.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for fashion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Uphold Gucci's visual display standards for all products.
  • Keep stock room organized and adhere to Gucci's image standards.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-focused with a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
