Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals through high-quality sales and customer service.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci standards.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed sales results and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-focused with a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
