Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals monthly and seasonally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality customer service and sales.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client experiences.
  • Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Uphold security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers and merchandise.
  • Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
  • 1+ years of service-related work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency with technology.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
