Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and superior client service.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying the brand vision to foster consumer brand loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively.
  • Independently manage client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
  • Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and alternatives, while anticipating future client needs.
  • Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and all category information.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
  • Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
  • Adhere to all in-store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement.
  • Receive and pack stock in assigned categories.
  • Conduct inventory scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
  • Replenish display merchandise as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail sales or client services is preferred.
