Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand vision to foster consumer loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively.
  • Independently manage client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
  • Provide exceptional service standards, offering suggestions and alternatives while anticipating future needs.
  • Engage in proactive learning to understand best sellers, new arrivals, and product knowledge across all categories.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
  • Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
  • Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
  • Receive and pack stock in assigned categories.
  • Conduct inventory category scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
  • Replenish display merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of client service and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in client relationship management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
