Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, instilling brand loyalty by embodying the brand's vision.
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively.
  • Independently manage client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
  • Provide exceptional service standards, offering suggestions and anticipating future needs.
  • Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and category information.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
  • Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
  • Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
  • Receive and pack stock in assigned categories.
  • Conduct inventory scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
  • Replenish display merchandise as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field is preferred.
