Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service throughout the customer journey, from first contact to after-sales follow-up.
  • Present and style the collection according to Gucci visual and brand standards, ensuring impeccable product presentation.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and conversion of footfall into sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate product features, materials and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and client records with accuracy and discretion.
  • Contribute to store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining luxury retail standards.
  • Uphold brand values and represent Gucci professionally at all times, fostering long-term client relationships.

Skills

Clienteling Luxury selling Visual merchandising POS and transaction handling Product knowledge (leather goods, apparel and accessories)

Experience

Previous retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or luxury fashion brand, is preferred. Experience in client relationship management and achieving sales KPIs will be advantageous.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; further retail or service-related training is a plus.
