Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client needs through extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
  • Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring client comfort.
  • Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
  • Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels in the warehouse and on the floor in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
