Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing Gucci's history, heritage, and superior product knowledge.
  • Identify customer needs through clienteling activities, and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
  • Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to clients, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.
  • Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
  • Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
