Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
  • Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
  • Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring comfort.
  • Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to maintain and expand the customer base.
  • Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
