Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
- Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's guidelines and maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom as per company policies.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
