Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Guide clients through every stage of the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Present the collection in alignment with brand standards, maintaining the brand's image and values.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support store management in various retail activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
