Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals, enhancing business development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Drive and surpass individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up on sales or requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Contribute to store operations by maintaining organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
