Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the first point of contact.

  • Utilize effective selling techniques to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions.
  • Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Engage clients with storytelling and expert product knowledge.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation.
  • Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventories.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
  • Process POS transactions accurately and maintain client information.
  • Uphold Gucci's visual standards in product displays.
  • Follow company grooming guidelines.
  • Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor.
  • Manage general store administration and functionality.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record.
  • Proven ability to drive individual and store results and build lasting relationships.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury. Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude. High flexibility and adaptability to different clients and situations. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
