Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing business development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales and requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Contribute to store operations by maintaining organized stock and understock areas.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of luxury fashion sales experience or customer service experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Team-focused with a collaborative approach. Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service setting.
