Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience both in-store and remotely.
- Drive sales by leveraging key performance indicators and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge and storytelling to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory management, while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci's standards and contribute to the store's operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism with the ability to inspire trust and collaboration.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
