Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience both in-store and remotely.
  • Deliver a client-centric journey, fostering brand loyalty and driving repeat business through exceptional service.
  • Identify client needs and aspirations to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
  • Expand the client base by recruiting new clients and developing existing relationships.
  • Utilize in-store technology to enhance the client experience and gather meaningful client information.
  • Provide insights on local lifestyle trends to add value to the client experience.
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to expand client engagement.
  • Maintain a cohesive 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions.
  • Engage clients with storytelling and expert product knowledge to assist in purchasing decisions.
  • Participate in training to stay informed on product knowledge and fashion trends.
  • Contribute to store operations, including stock maintenance and visual display adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to drive and exceed sales results while building lasting relationships.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Commercial awareness and client-focused attitude.
  • Adaptability to different clients and complex situations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
