Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci’s selling ceremony from greeting to close to deliver personalised, memorable client experiences and meet store and individual sales targets.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand heritage to advise clients and elevate perceived value.
- Manage client relationships through proactive clienteling; identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase wallet share.
- Engage customers on trends and luxury market insights to build rapport and strengthen long-term loyalty.
- Maintain CRM records with qualitative updates and follow-up activity to support retention and prospecting.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation follow Gucci visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the backroom in line with company procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and operational standards, and contribute as an active, collaborative team member in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is preferred, ideally within luxury, fashion or service sectors; demonstrable experience in clienteling, upselling and meeting sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or tertiary education in fashion, retail or related fields is advantageous.
