Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the full Gucci selling ceremony from welcome to close, achieving store and personal sales targets through exceptional service.
- Provide authoritative product knowledge — including Gucci heritage and collections — to create memorable, consultative client experiences.
- Execute clienteling activities to identify needs and develop long-term relationships, leveraging cross-selling and upselling to grow revenue.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company CRM to support retention and prospecting activities.
- Implement Gucci visual merchandising guidelines to ensure presentation standards across floor and stock.
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming standards, store policies and operational procedures at all times.
