Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings, exceeding client expectations.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs, propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and enhance sales.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating effectively with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.
- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse as per company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
