Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products to exceed customer expectations.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods while communicating with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update client information in the company's CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
