Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products to exceed client expectations.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and suggesting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring client comfort.
- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse as per company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
