Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, fostering a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's guidelines and maintain inventory levels in line with company policies.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
