Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Gucci selling ceremony: greet, engage and advise clients to create a bespoke luxury shopping experience.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of product ranges and brand heritage to build trust and drive loyalty.
- Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities through cross-selling and up‑selling across categories.
- Maintain and update customer records using company CRM to support retention and identify high‑potential clients.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure sales floor presentation meets Gucci visual standards.
- Support stock replenishment, merchandise inventory and store operational standards in line with corporate procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and store sales targets and foster a cooperative team environment.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand presentation guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an advisory or sales role within fashion retail, preferably in the luxury segment.
- Documented ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Deep passion for fashion and high-end luxury products, with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging clients of diverse nationalities and profiles.
- High adaptability, resilience and capacity to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem solving.

Experience
Previous experience in fashion retail is required, with demonstrated success in client advisory roles and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.
