Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Gucci ambassador to deliver elevated, personalized client experiences both in-store and remotely, cultivating long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Proactively recruit and develop a client base through outreach, virtual appointments and remote selling opportunities.
  • Drive individual and store sales by maximizing selling opportunities, using effective cross-selling and upselling techniques and monitoring KPIs.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data and POS transactions, leveraging in-store technology to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Provide expert product knowledge, storytelling and styling advice; keep current on fashion trends and competitor activity.
  • Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, visual standards and adherence to loss prevention and grooming policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to propose solutions, support a positive team environment and contribute to store administration and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion or high-end retail sales experience with a proven commercial track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and to build lasting client relationships.
  • High degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

At least two years of direct luxury fashion sales or comparable customer-facing retail experience, with documented success against sales KPIs and client acquisition.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or related fields is advantageous but not required.
