Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal sales targets for individual and store performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
  • Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales and requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Support the visual merchandising of products according to Gucci's visual standards.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stockroom.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
