Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize customer data to foster client relationships and personalize future interactions.
  • Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Ensure store security standards are upheld for the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci standards.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom and understock area.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse clients.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
