Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the initial point of contact, whether in-store or remotely.
  • Deliver personalized, client-focused experiences to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Identify client needs and aspirations, creating connections and exceeding expectations through exceptional service.
  • Expand the client base by recruiting new clients and developing existing relationships.
  • Utilize in-store technology to enhance the client experience, ensuring it is smooth and relevant.
  • Collect and analyze client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
  • Provide clients with insights into local lifestyle trends to enrich their experience.
  • Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
  • Offer exceptional client experiences through refined selling skills and luxury service gestures.
  • Employ effective selling techniques to drive sales and maintain a client-centric approach.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a unified client perspective across all transactions, including exchanges, returns, and repairs.
  • Guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions through expert product knowledge and styling advice.
  • Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory management.
  • Adhere to company policies with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
  • Ensure accurate processing of POS transactions and client information capture.
  • Uphold Gucci's visual display standards and grooming guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury with strong commercial awareness.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse clients and situations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
