Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
  • Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort.
  • Monitor and update customer information using the company's CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify potential new ones.
  • Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
  • Foster open communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
  • Manage the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Ensure product replenishment and manage the physical inventory of merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
