Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships and provide exceptional service both in-store and remotely.
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Develop client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
  • Leverage in-store technology to enhance client experience.
  • Collect and utilize meaningful client information to customize services.
  • Provide insights on local lifestyle trends to add value to the client experience.
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences focusing on hospitality, selling skills, and luxury gestures.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for transactions to ensure positive client experiences.
  • Guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members.
  • Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and styling advice.
  • Attend trainings to gain product knowledge and stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventories.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
  • Process POS transactions accurately and ensure accurate capture of client information.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products following Gucci standards.
  • Follow company grooming guidelines and ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor.
  • Manage general store administration and functionality.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

Experience
