Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and exceptional service.
  • Deliver personalized service that embodies brand passion and anticipates client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
  • Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
  • Utilize company tools and applications effectively, adhering to all standard operating procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and KPI achievement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
