Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreach, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
  • Engage with clients to build long-term relationships using clienteling tools to cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training both in-person and virtually.
  • Support the back of house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.

Qualifications

  • Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
  • Energetic with a positive attitude.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong customer service orientation.
