Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service by adhering to the Gucci selling ceremony.
  • Enhance brand loyalty by embodying the role of a Gucci ambassador, communicating the brand's philosophy and culture.
  • Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
  • Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify potential new ones.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
  • Promote open communication and collaboration within the team, offering effective solutions.
  • Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, following corporate policies.
  • Oversee product replenishment and physical inventory management.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
