Role & Responsibilities

- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
- Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify potential new ones.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
- Promote open communication and collaboration within the team, offering effective solutions.
- Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, following corporate policies.
- Oversee product replenishment and physical inventory management.
