Role & Responsibilities

- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, providing best-in-class service and adhering to hospitality guidelines.
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling expertise with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
- Develop both local and international client bases, actively recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Some experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or within the hospitality sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
