Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
• Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
• Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
• Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
• Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer personalized client solutions.
• Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or hospitality environment.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
• Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
