Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
