Role & Responsibilities

- Stay informed about the latest product offerings, collections, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with clients.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's aesthetic standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and poise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and the Gucci brand.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or similar customer service role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or related field is preferred.
