Role & Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued and at ease both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Build rapport by understanding clients' needs and aspirations, exceeding their expectations.
- Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
- Utilize in-store technology to enhance the client experience.
- Collect meaningful client information to tailor services to their preferences.
- Provide insights on local lifestyle trends to add value to the client experience.
- Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Offer exceptional client experiences through hospitality, luxury gestures, and product rituals.
- Employ effective selling techniques, including cross and upselling.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions.
- Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Foster open communication with team members and propose effective solutions.
- Engage clients with storytelling and expert product knowledge to assist in purchasing decisions.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation.
- Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventories.
- Adhere to policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Process POS transactions accurately and ensure proper client information capture.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards.
- Follow grooming guidelines and ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor.
- Manage general store administration and functionality.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude.
- Ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role, demonstrating an excellent track record.
